Jordan Rowsell has been part of Rowsell Roofing since the very beginning of his working life. Joining the company straight out of school at just 16, he quickly set about learning his trade and earned his NVQ Level 2 in Slating and Tiling.

From there, Jordan spent 16 years up on the roofs himself, gaining hands-on experience and completing hundreds of projects across the region. His dedication, skill, and eye for detail have shaped the high standards that Rowsell Roofing is known for today.

Now, as Director, Jordan is proud to continue running the family business. He combines his practical knowledge with a commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring every job is carried out with the same care and professionalism that Rowsell Roofing has built over the years.

Peter Rowsell founded Rowsell Roofing in 1978, laying the foundation for the trusted family business it is known as today. Starting out on the tools himself at the age of 18, Peter built his reputation through endless hard work, skill, and an incredible dedication to quality of work.

With over 45 years of hands-on experience on the roofs and in the office, he’s encountered and mastered every kind of roofing challenge imaginable. Over the decades, Peter has created long lasting relationships with clients and suppliers, many of whom continue to work with the company to this day. His commitment to exceptional workmanship and customer care remains the foundation of Rowsell Roofing’s enduring success.

Steve Gray is Rowsell Roofing’s longest-serving team member, with over 33 years of invaluable experience to the company. As Contracts Manager, Steve has played a huge role in helping the business grow and maintain the highest standards it’s known for today. Highly respected by both colleagues and clients, he has built strong relationships with many of our long-standing partners over the years.

Steve oversees the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring our team are well-organised, schedules are met, and every job runs smoothly from the very start to the completion date. His dedication, reliability, and vast knowledge of the roofing industry make him a vital part of the Rowsell Roofing family and a driving force behind its continued success all these years.

Neil Mason brings over 18 years of valuable experience to Rowsell Roofing, where he serves as one of our dedicated Contracts Managers. Throughout his time with the company, Neil has been instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the high standards our clients have come to expect.
With a strong background in roofing supplies and project coordination, Neil takes great pride in managing each job from the first initial planning through to completion.

His strong work ethic and attention to detail have helped him build trusted relationships with clients over the years. His previous background in supplies gives him exceptional knowledge of materials and the ability to source the best products suited for each individual project.
