We take great pride in nurturing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Currently, Benji and Harvey are undertaking their Level 2 Roof Slater and Tiler Apprenticeship with the South West Roofing Training Group. Under the guidance of an experienced roofing trainer, they are developing both the essential fundamentals of roofing and the practical skills required to excel in the trade.
Both apprentices are progressing exceptionally well, already gaining a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience. We are proud to see their confidence and expertise grow, as it reflects the high standards we uphold across our entire team.
At Rowsell Roofing, we ensure all employees receive the same high-quality training, with many of our roofers having successfully completed this programme. By investing in apprenticeships, we not only maintain a workforce of skilled and knowledgeable professionals but also contribute to the future of the roofing industry. Supporting young talent is at the heart of what we do, and we love seeing our apprentices flourish and grow with us.
