Rowsell Roofing Ltd.’s Construction staff also have a wealth of experience and are skilled in lead works, fibre glassing and all types of pitched roofing. Regular meetings are held to ensure all are conversant with new regulations, new methods and new materials, and all staff are regularly assessed in terms of skills and performance and where identified the relevant training is arranged. We are happy to assist the skill development of our dedicated employees, enabling them to gain officially recognised certificates by means of Apprenticeship programmes.
