All office staff are eager to maintain their reputation for courteous, efficient and professional service. They keep up-to-date with current issues, changes to legislation and modernisations that could benefit our company and customers. They have all achieved relevant professional certificates and completed a process of thorough in-house training and mentoring.

Our skilled Management team are outstandingly experienced in the construction industry. Through regular renewal of certificates and online training courses, they continue to supplement their expert knowledge and keep at the forefront of industry advancements.

Rowsell Roofing Ltd.’s Construction staff also have a wealth of experience and are skilled in lead works, fibre glassing and all types of pitched roofing. Regular meetings are held to ensure all are conversant with new regulations, new methods and new materials, and all staff are regularly assessed in terms of skills and performance and where identified the relevant training is arranged. We are happy to assist the skill development of our dedicated employees, enabling them to gain officially recognised certificates by means of Apprenticeship programmes.
