I would like to express our sincere thanks for the work that Rowsell’s did last year, repairing and replacing the roof. From the very start, when we asked if you would be willing to undertake the work, to the very end, when you cleared the site to leave it in better condition than when you arrived, everything ran smoothly and in an extremely professional manner. The final result is excellent and we have had many people comment on how it has transformed not only the building but the look of the village.
Personally, I was involved with the day to day communications with your team. Not only did they work to an extremely high standard but they were a pleasure to work with. At no stage were any serious problems encountered and solutions were always found when the unexpected occurred. In addition, the whole task was completed within the promised timescale.

Excellent work on a complicated roof involving removing foam insulation and being flexible and accommodating with Solar Panel fitting delays. Great team led by Rocky, while job efficiently managed by Steve Gray.

I found the service very good from the initial visit by your Contracts Manager, Neil Mason, who came when he said he would, through to the removal of the scaffolding. Everything was well organised and everyone I came into contact with was professional, courteous, considerate and very tolerant of all my questions and concerns. Neil Mason kept me informed of when the scaffolding was due to be erected and the date the work was to be carried out. My property was left in a clean and tidy condition after the repair work was completed. All the repair work and costs were fully explained to me.
To date, I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Rowsell Roofing.
Like usual you and your guys have excelled themselves with the roofing works. The Cedar shingles look great and I was super impressed with how they have finished the ridge.
