An impressive new roof and cladding have revitalised Lyme Regis' Marine Theatre, safeguarding this important seafront building for locals and visitors alike.
Rowsell Roofing were appointed after competitive tender by the Trustees of Marine Theatre to rectify the long standing problems with the leaking roof. This was quite a challenging proposition given the variances in pitch on the large, main roof, the sensitive location on the Jurassic Coast, which is both inaccessible and exposed to the worst of the weather.
As the Main Contractor, Rowsell Roofing provided their professional and experienced team to deliver all aspects of the re-roofing, cladding and make significant repair work at the Marine Theatre, which was delivered on time and within budget.
